Let’s add another great night to the list of Stax Revue gigs. The venue Ginglick was a really nice venue, especially for me to shoot! Too bad my head is concentrated on dissertation too much at the moment, so couldn’t concentrate on shooting more :/
Edd, you were missed! No funny faces :D
So I just now realised that my post that was supposed to be up last weekend didn’t go up. Seems like so long ago now.. And it’s been two weeks now since the gig. Guys were amazing, spent a great time there. Still trying to edit the video piece and maybe that will go up later on this month.. Hopefully this post will go up as well.
I know this took me longer than I thought, but here they are, photos of Stax Revue guys from last Thursdays gig @Old Queens head. They were great as always, the audience loved them, especially one guy ((: (You know who I am talking about, right, guys? :D)
Looking forward to more gigs of these guys. and my filming skills are getting better, so, maybe soon enough :DD
I just love that camera man, who wasn’t moving from that little spot for a real long time, well done, man (:

Had a great time Thursday night at Old Queens Head. Too bad can’t recall names of these two bands, or I’d definitely share some details about them here.
Pics with Stax Revue guys will come Wednesday or Thursday evening.
Going to repeat myself again probably, but..
Sunday was great, had so much fun and soooo many good shots.
I don’t know if it’s just me or edits really are very dark. But anyhow, after studies start again I’ll be able to use digital suite so better quality edits will be available then (:

Last Thursday I did a shoot of an interactive theatrical perfomanse.
With my edit I was trying to achieve a feeling of those days. First idea was to make everything black and white, but not all photos looked good. So there you have it!
To the silver spoon!

This is my official last university project for second year. It was a self initiated project, and knowing me I chose music photography. I photographed Lithuanian band RoadKill. Got chance to shoot their rehearsal, soundcheck and a gig. Had loads of fun doing this project and they were really friendly.
